Worked with Taiwan LED lighting company, Enerlighting, Chinese LED company, Nations Star & US subsidy Va-Opto and US based LED Light & Power to build product lines for US import/export manufacturing, sales and leasing. This included master plan of LLC, private stock registration, Sales pitch for investor funding, lead generation and selection of sales team, created corporate target lists, sales meetings and follow up material.
