•Developed, implemented and maintained the validation policy, validation master plan and associated validation objectives. •Led and managed a variety of validation projects as required to determine the acceptability of manufacturing equipment and processes and provide updates to all stakeholders. •Wrote protocols [process validation, cleaning & sterilization validation], procedures, performed data analysis and prepared validation reports in a bulk API manufacturing facility. •Initiated administrative, training and technical support to staff responsible for conducting validation of systems, equipment and processes employed in manufacturing, testing and packaging. •Reviewed validation protocols and reports on production and laboratory equipment qualification studies. •Supported the quality unit initiatives on compliance via auditing manufacturing processes as well as documentation review on manufacturing batch records.
