• Office Administrator and Litigation Paralegal for 3 offices (VA, NJ & MA) • Ongoing contact with members of senior management regarding company issues, Staff meetings and presentations on new developments and projects, Employee training and orientation • Lemon Law and Product/Warranty Liability for 3 states; Provide support for 3 plaintiff trial attorneys’ • Maintain a case load of 500-600 files; Oversee all aspects of the pre-litigation and litigation phase; Schedule and attend expert inspections, trials, hearings and docket call; Written discovery responses, Demand letters and Final Opportunity Letters; Review expert reports; Assess, open and maintain files; Gather information, documents, materials and evidence, Case preparation, Case management and Discovery • Familiar with filing pleadings and documents with the Circuit Courts and Federal Courts for 3 states; Search electronic court dockets on PACER and download court filings, Knowledge of the informal arbitration process through the Better Business Bureau and National Center for Dispute Resolution • Key point of contact to lawyers, outside counsel, clients, experts and vendors
