Oversee operations and sales of byproducts from coal fired power plants to concrete producers across a 6-state region and British Columbia. Develop annual budget and establish strategies to meet income goals. Manage receivables, 3rd party contract terminal agreements, and relationships with power plants. Supervise sales force and operations team, as well as offsite storage facility. Hold full authority to price material, negotiate terminal agreements, and restructure operations.
