Daily Duties at Nb Ci:
Managed partner relationships with the initial integration/business development, maintenance/technical, and production teams. Authored product requirement documents, functional specifications, training collateral, and conducted in-depth training sessions. Tracked traffic analysis and reviewed ad revenues to optimally manage the shopping and money content channels. Created product strategies for state-of-the art content distribution platforms including Internet, iTV, and Satellite TV. Reviewed functional specifications and created user instructions and led the training of the in-house production staff for tools and product enhancements. Processed RealAudio, Window’s Media Player and QuickTime files including images and text content. Compiled competitive reports on other broadband sites and identified potential broadband partners for NBCi.com. Functioned as the primary technical liaison for content integration and modeled technical parameters for production tools.
