MARKETING: Maintain the web copy for the website and online shop; liaise with programmers to install cutting-edge features based on consumer input/feedback. Actively represent the spa on Facebook and Twitter. Interim Assistant to the Spa Director and Assistant Spa Director and handle new hire processing, petty cash, and payroll duties.; ESTHETICS: Lead a 6-member team and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations on safety & CAL-OSHA. Direct meetings, counsel employees, provide new treatment protocols; manage the inventory and purchase supplies.; RETAIL: Managed a $150K annual volume within a 90 square feet retail space and oversaw sourcing, purchasing, receiving, inventory, merchandising and promotions for the spa and online shop. Processed and shipped online sales, administered purchasing/receiving, and managed budgeting guidelines.
