Managed a 12-person team responsible for obtaining new product approval nationally by the 50 Departments of Transportation. Responsible for launch of new products including branding, media purchasing, marketing collateral, DOT and engineering/design firm product training, PowerPoint presentations, and website management and content. Followed market trends and participated in strategic product planning. Handled product positioning, trade shows, media purchases, advertising campaigns, and copy writing. Managed $2.3 million in expenditures, including budgets for department administration, advertising/media, promotion, and travel and entertainment.
