Daily Duties at Estenson Logistics:
Led day-to-day logistics operations supporting the delivery of dairy products to client (Darigold) customers throughout western Washington. Supervise and train three Fleet Managers and 63 Union Drivers. Provide detailed reporting of delivery information for KPIs.Route customers’ orders and special requests in a timely manner and communicate pick and ship information across multiple channels. • Utilized client’s Oracle based system to track and manage delivery schedules, daily order sizes / volumes, routing of unscheduled orders and resource needs planning.
