Planned and coordinated daily logistics / distribution activities covering full trailer, LTL, and small parcel shipments across 250 retail locations in the western U.S. and Canada. Recruited, trained, and led a distribution team consisting of two leads, 32 order selectors, and up to 35 seasonal helpers, 9 forklift operators, and 3 shipping clerks.
