Daily Duties at Otha Investigations:
Gather facts and collect evidence in a variety of cases ranging from criminal matters to establishment of facts relevant to adjudication of Workers’ Compensation claims. Plan, organize and conduct investigations in accordance with established investigative procedures and within the bounds of established laws, rules, regulations and guidelines. Have the ability to apply provisions of federal wage and labor laws pertaining to related work conditions.
