I founded Zaxis, a wireless applications porting company, directing all aspects of start-up operations, including conducting competitive research and analysis, developing the business plan, raising investment capital, financial management and cost analysis, formulated sales strategies and implementation plans, pricing and global market strategy. Directed cross-functional team of engineers, project and product managers, IT, sales, and financial and administrative functions. Defined product and service offerings and managed the creation and production of the company’s outbound products.
