Daily Duties at River Cities Llc:
Asked by group of investors to introduce concept into St. Louis and SE Missouri, ultimately growing from two operations to five. Primary activities included selecting primary locations, conducting market analysis (competition, types of business, traffic counts, ingress/egress accessibility), lead negotiations, construction permitting, and all recruiting/hiring activities s consistent with franchise requirements. Managed food/labor costs, inventory control and executing all pre-opening and grand opening marketing programs. Worked closely with commercial realtor and corporative office in selection of key first location, supervised architectural plans, obtained all necessary construction permits, choosing interior design and purchasing necessary equipment. Held P&L responsibility for variety of operational costs including food, advertising, marketing, vendors and trade show participation.
