Responsible for the planning, coordination, and synchronization of operational and strategic plans in support of the Forward Operational Base Commander and the Joint Special Operations Task Force Commander. Develops and refines battalion mission and target packets. member of the battalion targeting board. Develops, plans and synchronizes joint fires in support of ground combat operations. Responsible for the deployment, command and control, and recovery of operational elements. Responsible for the coordination, execution, and command and control of the Forward Operating Base Medical Evacuation Plan in support of combat operations. Liaison officer and commander's representative at the Joint Task force Headquarters and targeting boards. Primary planner for current, future, and long term operations.
