Daily Duties at Headquarters And Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group(Airborne):

Serves as the support center director for the battalion. Responsible for the training, welfare, and command and control for 200 soldiers to include the battalion headquarters spread over 5 countries. Responsible for combat readiness, maintenance, and accountability of 15 million dollars of rolling stock, material handling equipment, communications equipment, weapons systems, soldiers systems, specialty equipment, an office equipment. Responsible for the development, validation, and implementation of the battalion force protection and security plan. Serves as battalion movement control and transportation officer. Forecasts and manages the battalion ammunition account. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and security of the battalion tactical communications and intelligence networks. Serves as battalions primary logistical officer providing professional oversight for the packaging, security, and delivery of key logistical support to deployed operational elements in austere environments.
