Daily Duties at Se Len Janitorial Services:

Driver a cleaning team of 4 people and connect on different routes assigned by the G.Manager everyday to clients residences. Organize all the neccessary cleaning material inventory everyday for the cleaning team. Prepare Reports to the G.Manager for all required cleaning materials for the following week schedules materials required. Supervise all work done by the cleaning crew before departing from one location to an other. Record and maintain employees time sheet logs everyday and approve logs before they are forwarded to Accounts. Update employee's schedules and Communicate client's requests, demands, compliments complents everyday to the G.Manager. Collect, record and forward all checks recieved from clients to the company Accounts department. Check and report and maintain services for all field trucks. Handout and distribute weekly pay-checks.
