Daily Duties at Stream International:

Managed 4 first level Group Managers, 1 Training Manager and 250+ second level telephone technical support staff providing phone consultation to customer base of 7 OEM hardware and software manufacturers representing daily average call volume of 7100 calls. Managed personnel regarding recruiting, hiring, performance management, team building and career development. Ensured overall adherence to service contracts regarding call handling, service quality and service levels. Provided customer account management including account reviews, problem resolution, performance enhancement, etc. Managed a cquisition and maintenance of tools, Aspect phone system, telco service providers and processes necessary to provide customer support. Worked closely with I/T, Facilities, HR and Telecommunications functional areas to provide coordinated operational support.
