Daily Duties at Corillian Corporation:

Direct staff of 7 Engagement Managers and 2 Info. Analysts in support of financial services clients (Retail Banking, Business Banking, Private Banking, Credit) in their use of Corillian’s Internet Banking solutions and technology integration services. Responsible for setting direction in the management of accounts to defined levels of profitability, overseeing the creation and maintenance of account plans; assuring customer expectations are met; identifying business process improvements, customer service and support enhancements; leading and managing change on behalf of clients; ensuring customer satisfaction via surveys, industry metrics, customer panels and conferences; leading the coordination of multiple complex activities (project management, project pricing, problem resolution, contract negotiation and cross-selling) of operational business units responsible for the delivery of services to clients.
