Directed team of rule analysts in implementing proven strategic, tactical & operations analytic support for the Consumer Credit Group (CCG) loan servicing business. Provided executive consulting and strategic business problem resolution. Implemented proven analytics rule based solutions to improve operations & customer satisfaction. Provided strategic, production and operational BI analytics leadership for (CCG) Servicing departments. Provided proven management consulting experience, ability & skills to business and technology processes and opportunities. Managed engagements and developed customer relationships at the executive and other levels. Developed and enhanced revenue opportunities and reduced expenses via the design and execution of rule based BI analytics strategies and tactics; identifying and implementing business process improvements, customer service and support enhancements; managed the relationship with IT team, HCFG internal service departments and external vendors; actively served on key CCG Steering Committees. Also, served as Program Mgr. for the servicing collections $36 million Customer Contact Management loss mitigation program
