Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
Track, analyze and report on projects of varying contract types, size, and complexity. Monitor funding levels (75% or 85% limitation; risk analysis) and project period of performance. Significant interaction with project managers, billing, contracts, accounting and other support personnel. Prepare monthly and bi-monthly internal reports to ensure that costs invoiced are within negotiated and agreed upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Weekly assessment of program profitability, available funding, billing & collection status. Weekly review of project work done & completion of.…i.e. product orders; training classes; installation; warranty maintenance & program management labor. Ensure appropriate profit, revenue & billing of each contractual category. Assist with follow-on projects and new business. Work with BAE SubContract tool resulting in correct & accurate classification of all Subcontract labor and ODC costs with the required monitoring of subcontract and consultant purchase orders/contractual agreements. Researching and correcting incorrectly processed costs. Review present costs for accuracy in amount charged; clins charged against; and timing of. Monitor Internal Company Work Authorizations (IWOs). Review PSRs & Customer Invoices for profitability, funding & work completion. Excel, CostPoint, Cognos.
