• Audit accounting functions and other departments • Controlled Cash Flow • Prepared and responsible for Monthly Financial Statement • Generating and Analyzing Accrued Service contract • Reconciling and analyzing the general ledger • Prepared and record any necessary general entries • Prepared Depreciation Schedule and Asset Schedule • Analyzed inventory to general ledger for accuracy. Other analyzes on inventory to ensure the machines purchases from the manufacture was meet for the year to ensure the discount was granted for the next year. • Prepared Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax reports reconciled the amount to the general ledger (sales and sales tax payable ) to ensure accuracy. • Prepared Yearly Business Licenses, Workmen’s Comp Audit Report, 1099’s, and any other yearly reporting except the Corporation Tax Return • Completed 571 L business property statements for three counties. • Responsible for the Year End financial statement along with analysis of the balance sheet to provided to the CPA for Tax purposes. Additional responsibility is to provide 6 month and 9 month financial statement to the CPA for tax planning. • Payroll / Computing of Sales personnel monthly commission. Create a excel spreadsheet with If statements, Vlookups to calculate the commission especially since each sales person had a different commission structure. • Responsible for all Yearly/Tax purpose Balance Sheet Schedules • Proficient in E Automate Accounting Software
