Daily Duties at Aramark Refreshment Services:

• Report Weekly Financial information summing to a Monthly income financial • Analyze purchase orders to monthly budgets and projections • Record Accounts Payable for the Division along with building relationships with Vendors • Preparing and maintaining Market Center monthly Projection and budget reporting • Reconcile inventory, the market center has large warehouse with 24 different routes removing inventory from the warehouse to their truck than to customer or machine. The inventory is reconciled on a weekly basis, my part is analyzing the machine and warehouse inventory is accounting for all products. • Maintain monthly accounts receivable reconciliations for Sox compliances • Maintain monthly accounts payable reconciliations for Sox Compliances • Create a Transaction Journal Voucher on a weekly basis to allocate intercompany transaction of services and reallocating of costs between the different lines of the business. • Created and maintain a excel worksheet to simplify subsidy billing for approximately 40 customers. Originally the subsidy billing was maintained by manually entering in all the products on each billing sheet. Reducing the billing time from 2 days to 6 hours • Maintain asset management for the market center through record maintains of asset tracking • Assisting in reconciling Market Center Bank Reconciliation • Analyzing and reconciling the Market Center Balance Sheet accounts
