Daily Duties at At&T :
Provided post and pre-sales information and support to Account Team and Customers, on a national and regional basis. Supervised the development and execution of account plans, reviewed and developed sales and marketing proposals and tracked activity to closure.Coached and developed a staff of nine B 2 B Field Sales and Technical Data Sales employees on specific techniques, methodologies and processes to deliver customer facing presentations and effective presentation skills. Performed training classes to enhance employee knowledge of Sales Techniques, as well as provided on-going staff development and coaching.Directed Marketing and Sales efforts of 13 Field Sales employees in CLEC business expansion, developed methods and operational procedures for order process and implementation, as well as developed, proposed and closed new business opportunities.Managed Project Teams across multiple disciplines and geographies for 13 states national roll out of 30 new markets deployment expansion of CLEC business plan. Team Lead for the integration of SBC/ Pac Bell national relocation of people, office down size and staff reduction, as well as managed and implemented SBC Web Billing Project to support customer online bill payment
