Developed and enforced the Internal procedures as well as enforcement and monitoring of changes in regulations. Took part in definition, development and implementation of the internal controls for the Investment Company. Developed the AML Compliance training for Employees. Trained and tested all employees. Did Due diligence for new customers, including PEPs. Monitored daily transactions and prepared SARs if needed as a result of investigations.
