Daily Duties at The Shelly Company:
Established the Human Resources department from a series of decentralized management practices. Collaborated with senior and executive management on HR functional items. Gained support and trust as “subject matter expert” and through consistency and integrity in work performed. Performed a needs assessment to satisfy EEO regulatory compliance requirements. Wrote AAP for five (5) respective geographical regions in compliance with OFCCP. Chaired and developed an Executive Business Plan team. Structured a working business plan with organizational-wide and regionally driven objectives based on key themes for fiscal year. Trained and educated executive staff on “team building” skills to aid in achievement of common goals.
