Placed test calls over IDT switches to various problem destinations. Interacted with customers and carriers efficiently to resolve problems, with departments within IDT and assisted them in resolving customer and carrier issues, resolved issues between customers and carriers. Troubleshooted issues with phone companies. Proactively communicated with all customers and ensured that their issues were resolved in a timely, responsive manner.
