Daily Duties at Horizon Health:

Crisis counseling and diagnosis of medical necessity and referral for services. With pt's not found to be emergent, I sold them on the concept of using telephonic EAP where I provided complete assessment, diagnosis, tx planning, tx, and d/c. If they declined this service they were referred for outpatient counseling.

Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity.
