Daily Duties at Trinity Hospice (Now Aquired By Sunrise):

Differential Diagnosis and treatment of the most psychiatrically unstable of the local office's hospice patients as well as their families. I assisted in end of life issues including: bringign life achievements together to find a sense of order and completeness in one's life. I also assisted with: non-medical pain management, pre-morbid grief counseling, signing powers of attorney, living will, final will, setting up funeral arrangements, and encouraging family to make needed preparations far in advance so as to avoid further damage to family system and finances during a time of grief and loss.
