Daily Duties at Ruby Tuesday:

• Managed all aspects of the restaurant operation including 3 managers and 60 employees • Full knowledge of restaurant cost centers including labor, food cost, alcohol cost and fixed costs • Focus on management and team development, • Proficient in P&L controls, inventory, recruiting, training, customer service, labor cost • Increased sales volume through promoting catering program and To Go service • Introduced a method to track waste in relation to food cost and sales
