Responsible for the financial, sales and operational management of 28 event technology accounts and 4 business centers throughout Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Minnesota and Western New York with annual revenues of $16.5 million and 85 employees. Directly responsible for account & contract management, revenue development, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, capital equipment procurement, recruiting and development, and labor management.
