Daily Duties at Telcordia Technologies:

Maintained working database for mobile lab. Created simulations and web based training of Desktop Application for Customer Courses. Established training programs, including developing the materials, scheduling sessions for in-house and onsite classes; Created proprietary software computer-based training and interactive e-learning. Wrote technical Documentation and procedures which combined the organization’s existing systems with the new product functionality. Responsibilities included all aspects of client training, facilitating meetings, managing deadlines and budgets. Congruently, created in-house simulations for the lab. Established a unique process to facilitate the performance management of my unit which helped with on-going evaluations.
