Daily Duties at Mformation Technologies:
Managed all training initiatives for 10 International and 4 Domestic offices, as well as, all corporate customers. Designed and delivered regional and global programs (Blended learning, Instructor lead, e-learning) which supported customer requirements, sales and marketing teams, as well as, leadership development based on specific core competencies. Conducted hands-on train the trainer workshops to insure successful client usability of product. Set up on site classroom labs to conduct simulated installation lessons. Worked with third-party vendors testing product interface protocols for quality-assurance teams. Interfaced with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to leverage and expand existing technology solutions, create test plans, technical documentation and curriculum. Lead on-site training meetings with clients and coordinate blended learning initiatives. Prepared scope and pricing structures for sales executives. Instruct vendors in protocol standards, requirement testing and certification. Developed and negotiated training contracts. Administered and maintained project budgets. Assessed feedback based on customer usability. Partnered with HR Business Partners to support HR initiatives, ensuring business-relevance both international and domestic. Maintain the training Intranet site with product features and updates. Create and administer Assessments to evaluate the retention of student understanding and ability to apply learned tasks. Conduct demonstrations for clients and vendors to educate them about the brand and its features.
