Prepared detailed working/shop drawings for the production of precast concrete elements. Prepared the cut-off rebar schedules of the working/shop drawings. Established unit costs of all tasks from the local market information for the project pricing. Prepared the quantity and cost estimate, material take-off and the work schedule for the project from the blueprints and on actual sites. Prepared the bidding price and its supporting documents for the project quotation. Prepared the delivery schedule of construction materials, tools and equipment for local and foreign purchases. Evaluated the daily accomplishment reports from the Construction, the Material Controller, the Production and the Accounting Departments in accordance with the work schedule and cash flow. Ordered job deviation when so warrants for more time-cost efficiency. Prepared and submitted final summary daily accomplishment report with recommended actions to the General Manager with copies to the Departmental Managers.
