Daily Duties at Tutto Export:
Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting. Prepare report detailing Key Performance Indicators and Scorecard to measure the organization’s performance. Prepare reports from different databases and software for the month end presentation of final numbers by each country. Prepare performance reports and analysis based on current year results, plan and forecast outlook. Prepare and maintain company budget to be in line with strategic plan. Monthly comparison and projection trends. Prepared forecasts and analyzed trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions Compile or prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed Cannata & Asociados, C.A., Valencia - Venezuela July 2006 - July 2009 Business Development Associate: • Responsible for identifying and creating new strategic marketing alliances and partnerships as well as new business opportunities. Assigned to collaborate with the data gathering process. Identify and analyze competitors and markets as well as recognize micro and macroeconomic factors of each market. Make financial analysis as well as revenue and expense planning.
