Daily Duties at State Of Wisconsin:
• IT Liaison for the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor– Led and oversaw the IT coordination for the transition of the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Lt Governor, for both administrations coordinate IT needs and teleprompter set up for State of the State and Budget Addresses along with other live Media Site events, correspond and work with them on upcoming IT changes, oversee and coordinate IT related service requests. • Implementation Coordinator for HP Service Manager Project– Coordinated requests and technical teams to build environments, worked with process managers to design and validate screens and workflows, coordinated developers in a successful implementation for our Department, developed materials and trained staff. Currently working with individual agencies on their design and implementation of this enterprise application. • Business Analyst –Work with customer agencies to learn and develop incident support procedures for new services and develop processes.
