Daily Duties at Chubb Insurance Group:
Managed a $5,000,000 renewal book of business consisting of Inland Marine, Monoline Property, Boiler and Machinery, Ocean Cargo and Motor Truck Cargo policies in the Southern Region of the United States including NC, SC, TN, GA, AL and FL. Produced new business, account rounding and cross selling opportunities which increased the premium value of existing accounts and increased the overall book of business. Maintained a high retention and low loss ratio which exceeded set company guidelines. Visited key specific brokers to market the high level of service which increased the company's brand name and increase broker relations. Provided a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and processing changes immediately. Worked with the Claims and Legal Departments in order to decipher coverage questions for open losses. Assisted in training new underwriting candidates in Account Documentation.
