Daily Correspondence: Architects, Engineers, Sub-Contractors, Contractors and Expeditors Maintain Quick Books 2010 Provide all new accounts and invoices. COI for clients, Maintain daily work sheet, vacations and sick days for entire staff Responsible for ordering all office supplies, corporate card issued to me for expenses Close each month Maintains excellent customer relations, develops new client base Diplomatically resolved customers complaints on as-needed basis Accurately calculated and made daily bank deposits of up to $20,000 Ability to follow instructions well and make decisions with no supervision Motivate, trains and supervises employees on a daily basis Maintain all record-keeping procedures without error Delegate responsibilities to employees to meet company’s expectations Effectively developed telephone communication skills and consistently met quotas Ability to Multi-Task, Good Team-player Answer 12+ Phone Lines Follow up on projects, meets deadlines. Good Problem Solver Research information, prepare information for meetings, attend meetings, inspections and follow up to ensure smooth closure on projects
