Resulted in weekly conference calls between senior management and field management to evaluate performance. • Developed and distributed monthly management reporting package with results of operations for evaluation and discussion purposes. This report assisted operations management in compliance with budgetary amounts. • Coordinated IRS tax audits for fiscal years 1995 and 1996. Included providing and analyzing documentation with external auditors and Internal Revenue Service agents. Resulted in tax savings of $1,500,000 and $1,200,000 for 1995 and 1996 respectively. Developed and implemented tax strategy for intangible tax savings. Resulted in annual savings of $200,000 and $180,000 for 1997 and 1998 respectively. • Coordinated quarterly reviews and year-end audits by external auditors, which helped reduce annual audit fees. • Developed and implemented tax strategy for intangible tax savings.
