Daily Duties at Allsteel Office Furniture:
Provides HR support that includes, but not limited to staffing and recruitment, member relations, member and diversity initiatives, salary/benefit administration duties (including FLSA adherence). HRIS/PeopleSoft administration, legal compliance/audit, member retention, performance management and special projects. Assist with implementation and communication of policies and procedures through member handbooks, communications, and/or member meetings.
