Daily Duties at Synchronoss Technologies:

• Motivate and coach agents processing orders and working inbound calls • Maintain attendance and productivity records to submit to my superiors • Coordinate weekly huddles (create and present material) • Provide floor support (Tracking customer’s orders, taking escalated calls, and overall support in processing orders) • Train new agents on the floor • Create and monitor tasks for my Senior Agents to perform • Maintain an overall positive and rewarding atmosphere for all agents
