Daily Duties at Latin Node, Inc.:

Directed company’s accounting and finance reporting directly to the CFO and CEO. Responsibilities include business analysis, consolidations, financial & Operational reporting, budgeting and planning and corporate tax (domestic and International): • Prepared consolidated statements for SEC Quarterly and year-end reporting. This included extensive interaction with external auditors. • Prepared and managed operational budgets including direct interactions with division heads and accountants. • Responsible for review and processing of payroll to included authorization for pay increases, terminations and employee benefit pay. • Implemented Great Plains accounting system which improved monthly financial and internal reporting by 10 days.
