Duties include: • Making multi-city travel arrangements for Senior Partners. • Scheduling and organizing meetings. • Organizing and completing expense reports for Senior Partners • Catering • Ordering and restocking supplies • Responsible for the execution of corporate mailings • Maintaining and updating client database • Answer telephones, take messages, and greet guests
