Daily Duties at Various:
Provide project management and leadership for software development teams. Projects included: Directing a team of IT professionals in the design, development and implementation of new functionality for loan servicing applications. Relationship manager and supervisor of teams that assess, design and upgrade e-Commerce solutions and administer Web-hosting infrastructures. Managed multi-disciplinary teams in the assessment and execution of software/database projects and systems. Negotiated and defined project scope, monitored project progress, resolved project issues, ensured client satisfaction. Managed developers and business analysts responsible for the development and maintenance of custom, packaged, and legacy system software. Planned and coordinated software development efforts between officed in the United States and Israel.
