Developed and organized weekly reports for EXSO and USCIS. Weekly reports were produced for meetings by the Director. Prepared reports and reported on the progress of projects. Supported the development of directives and tools that promote and expedite combining production of materials related to all aspects of EXSO and USCIS activity. Maintained and adapted analytical systems and tools which involved computer based planning, controlling and analyzing programs. Coordinated efforts and reviewing reports, USCIS initiatives and various documents. Prepared technical reports, guidelines and procedures for internal use and for user organization. Developed documents, summaries, presentations, ombudsman reports, and assessments. Participated in external boards, committees and working groups to propose, defend, plan and coordinate branch initiatives. Presented briefings to key personnel and made recommendations on substantive operating programs of qualitative and quantitative methods.
