Daily Duties at Syniverse Technologies:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and configuration problems for PC, laptop, and computer peripherals for a 2100 users at Syniverse Technologies working in the Mobile Telecommunications industry. • Open and track tickets; resolve operating system, network, email, application software and LAN connectivity problems; support remote access, including VPN and CITRIX. • Install and configure operating systems, mobile devices, and software applications and provide hardware/software updates; deliver and set up hardware and train customers on proper usage. • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers; resolve day-to-day operations problems. • Maintain Active Directory and create groups and new users; add computers and users to domain and groups for rollout. • Administer MS Exchange as Junior Exchange Administrator.
