Daily Duties at Tolt Service Group:
• Recruit for field technicians, Corporate Office and managerial staff • Post positions on websites and network with technical schools to increase applicant pools • Conduct resume searches and generate various employment letters • Served as a member of the implementation team when changing to a new HRIS • Serve as administrator for leave of absence and workers compensation, support managers in employee relations matters • Overall HR administration: process new hires, terminations and employee status changes
