Courses included: o Diversity Awareness – recognizing the origins of discrimination and how to overcome barriers to improve teamwork and productivity o Managing Your Career – identifying one’s strengths and areas for improvement; developing a plan for achieving career and personal goals o Situational Leadership – adapting leadership style to behavorial style of the employee o Supervision skills – communication, giving performance feedback, doing employee performance reviews, and delivering corrective action
