Currently manage the day-to-day operations of a $685,000 annual budget and over 7 million in assets for a 700 member organization including 5 paid staff and over 45 volunteer leaders of over 34 programs. Includes recruiting, training and monitoring performance of staff and volunteer leaders; guiding the vision and overall organizational ‘health; continuous improvement of internal operating systems; development of new programs and evaluation of existing programs; and promoting positive relationships in the community and with other affiliated organizations.
