• Assist premium clientele on different levels of Amway Center throughout all arena events • Build strong relationships with Premium clientele to ensure maximum retention. • Assist with pre-event needs and set-up, and post-event break down • Enforce the alcohol policy as set forth by the NBA and the Orlando Magic
