Daily Duties at Mercer, Inc.:
My work in Mercer’s Human Capital area focused on developing effective, actionable talent strategies for clients and using technologies as enablers of talent management-related processes. I helped client organizations solve their talent management needs using Mercer’s intellectual capital and tools. My work ranged from diagnosis and design of performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes, to day-to-day training and execution, utilizing international development and infrastructure teams in Australia and India.
