•Design course curriculum for 93 students that had a 96 percent success rate •Create and implement high quality lessons on a daily basis which are aligned to specific learning objectives •Effectively engage students in meaningful hands on activities •Frequent use of technology for research and inquiry and to enhance student learning experience •Effectively use assessment results (summative and formative) as tools to evaluate progress as a teacher •Disaggregate data to assess student growth and drive future instruction •Frequent communication with parents and administrators regarding pertinent information/documentation of student progress •Grant liaison between central office and school community •Department chairperson responsible for bringing the department together for professional development and collaboration
